Don & Lois' Excellent (Texas) Adventure

<note: click any image to enlarge> Don and Lois Aldrich, having tired of Iowa's snow covered landscape, decided to head south for the winter.

"Brrrrr... It's cold here in Iowa! Lois, let's head south!

They packed up their truck and moved to League City. Texas that is, where brother Jon (Craig) lives.

Upon arriving, Don was smothered in brotherly love... <kiss>

<kiss> And after all of that was done, they posed happily for the camera.

Don & Lois found a little piece of heaven in the dream-state called Texas!

Lois was all SMILES over the lovely Houston-area weather!

Don took time to smell the flowers. After all, the next day was to be Valentine's Day...

"Mmmm... These smell good... And the weather's not too bad for February!"

Don just couldn't wait to E-mail Nathan Aldrich, (his son, the Auctioneer-Realtor) about his incredible journey. Don hopes that Colonel Nate has sold about a million dollars worth of real estate and auction goods while he's been gone.
